Very pleasant experience there. The hotel with a nice size and brand-new rooms, in a calm area, near to mall. The rooms with toilet and bath tub, as example. Strategic location, an easy walk to everywhere.

The location was cool for Shah Alam, near city area, concrete jungle and nature. Also, an expansive mall was 1 mile away.

The rooms impeccable and fabulous with toilet and bath tub and the condition. Absolutely fantastic breakfast selection, oatmeal, pancakes, and omelet.

Ideal well known hotel with a lovely pool and views of lake. Brand-new and great-sized rooms. Comfortable bed, a safe, multi-channel TV and a mini bar fridge in the room. Food was good, staff was responsive and well-trained.

The hotel was in a great location near hectic city life, and the Saujana.

During my recent 5th visit to this hotel, I had a fantastic stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and always had a smile on their faces. The sound of birds chirping throughout the day added to the peaceful ambiance, and the lake view from our terrace was breathtaking. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed, sitting area, and a working desk with excellent wifi. The hotel's Italian restaurant with Asian influences was a highlight, as was the spa and the quiet pool. it was a great experience, especially being close to the Saujana golf & country club.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Good location for business meetings in Shah Alam area, friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool area and gardens. I had a recently renovated room that was good sized and very comfortable. Small but well equipped gym with nice helpful staff.

Entire pool area was closed for a private company function on the Saturday, so a planned end to a business trip of a relaxing day by the pool area was not possible. As an alternative you could go to the pool at the Golf Club to which you are taken by car but this was not at all as nice as the pool and gardens at the hotel and was inconvenient. I think the hotel should make separate provisions for this type of company fuction rather than inconvenience other guests. This shows poor judgement and is disrespectful of other guests plans and wishes.

Everything was simply great. Perfect hotel, the stay was memorable, marvellous location very near to the airport. All of the staff were nice. I greatly enjoyed the room, it was fabulous with bath tub, toilet, the bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool and the breakfast. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring that there was something for everyone's taste.

Cannot find any fault. The hotel provided everything I needed and more, making my stay truly memorable.

A wide varieties of breakfast from western cuisine to eastern cuisine. I love the food that were served. Their hospitality were superb. Will stay here again in future.

Location: the hotel was near to the outlet, kuala lumpur, and concrete jungle. I loved the deluxe king room with the condition and toilet, as for instance.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the accommodating and friendly staff at The Saujana. They were helpful and took care of my needs.

I felt fine during my stay and had no complaints.
